Christophe Martinot is a keynote speaker at international agile and business transformation events in Latin America, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and beyond. He also serves as a jury member for the Agile Business Consortium Awards.
He is a transformation companion and former executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in FMCG, pharma, and medical devices. He supports organizations—particularly in the pharmaceutical sector—in becoming more agile, resilient, and customer-centric.
As co-founder of SeedingEnergy, Christophe is a certified ORSC coach, ICAgile Trainer, and facilitator in agile leadership and team development. He teaches agile methodologies at ESADE, IED, and ESEI Business School.
Christophe was a member of the global leadership group for version 2 of the Agile Marketing Manifesto and co-authored the Agile Sales Manifesto and the Agile Customer Centricity Manifesto. Based in Barcelona, he works in English, French, and Spanish.
